Anonymous booking
With DEIN RAUM, you decide for yourself when personal data should be anonymized or removed from the system. Booking details such as the start and end time of a booking are retained for capacity utilization analyses. However, these can no longer be traced back to a specific person. This allows you to maintain an overview of the utilization of available resources, optimize your office and protect your employees’ sensitive data at the same time.

We guarantee the security of your data.DEIN RAUM operates its servers exclusively with the company Netcup in the Federal Republic of Germany. Under no circumstances will your data leave the country. Our process always begins in close cooperation with you. You send us your office floor plans as a photo or in any digital form, and we take care of the rest.
Simply define the workstations, parking spaces, conference rooms and anything else you want to make bookable on your floor plan and send us the file by email. We also offer you the option of labeling different areas for different departments and thus granting selected teams access to certain areas.
What makes us unique is our modern design and the seamless transition from the floor plan design to the usable version. Our UI/UX designers refine your floor plan and our developers integrate the final version into the application, making the usable workspaces available to you and your users. Our shared desk software makes office management child’s play for you.

Utilization analysis
Visualizes graphically and as a percentage how much spaces, rooms or entire floors are used. Time periods and days of the week can be freely selected and the results exported directly to Excel. The evaluation is carried out without personal data and is therefore GDPR-compliant – the ideal basis for data-based space decisions.

Shows at a glance who is in the office on which day or in which week. Filterable by location, department or groups and exportable as a PDF – so you always know who is working where and when.
Check-in/Out
Users receive a reminder by e-mail before the start of the booking. If check-in does not take place on time, the space is automatically released again. If the user leaves early, the check-out ensures that released spaces can be booked again immediately.
COLLEAGUE SEARCH
Find out where your colleagues are sitting by entering their names on the start page. The system jumps directly to the corresponding place on the floor plan – without having to search through floors and rooms.
Weekly rule
Recurring bookings can be saved as a personal weekly rule. Resources and times can be stored for each day of the week – ideal for hybrid working models with fixed office days.
Equipment
Filter workstations specifically by features such as monitor, docking station or height-adjustable desk. This allows you to find the workstation that suits your requirements in seconds – without having to check each workstation individually.
