Anonymous booking

With DEIN RAUM, you decide for yourself when personal data should be anonymized or removed from the system. Booking details such as the start and end time of a booking are retained for capacity utilization analyses. However, these can no longer be traced back to a specific person. This allows you to maintain an overview of the utilization of available resources, optimize your office and protect your employees’ sensitive data at the same time.

Our process always begins in close cooperation with you. You send us your office floor plans as a photo or in any digital form, and we take care of the rest.

Simply define the workstations, parking spaces, conference rooms and anything else you want to make bookable on your floor plan and send us the file by email. We also offer you the option of labeling different areas for different departments and thus granting selected teams access to certain areas.

What makes us unique is our modern design and the seamless transition from the floor plan design to the usable version. Our UI/UX designers refine your floor plan and our developers integrate the final version into the application, making the usable workspaces available to you and your users. Our shared desk software makes office management child’s play for you.
