Desksharing, also known as “hot desking”, is an integral part of New Work, the structural change in the world of work. DEIN RAUM desksharing software offers many advantages for your company.
The tool was developed by programmers with many years of experience. The workplace booking system offers a simple and fast connection and is GDPR-compliant.

PARKING SPACES
Uncomplicated car park management: With the Desksharing software, company car parks can be easily booked, reserved and managed. You can also customise the floor plan and easily designate parking spaces for e-cars with charging points, for example.
Analysis: Regardless of whether the car parks are not fully utilised or there is a shortage of parking spaces. DEIN RAUM analyses the current situation, gives you an insight into capacity utilisation and helps you to optimise.
CONFERENCE ROOMS

DEIN RAUM operates its servers exclusively with the company Netcup in the Federal Republic of Germany. Under no circumstances will your data leave the country. Furthermore, Netcup is ISO 27001-certified and therefore fulfils the highest requirements for IT security procedures and information security management systems.
Anonymous booking
With DEIN RAUM, you decide for yourself when personal data should be anonymised or removed from the system. Booking details such as the start and end time of a booking are retained for capacity utilisation analyses. However, these can no longer be traced back to a specific person. This allows you to maintain an overview of the utilisation of available resources, optimise your office and protect your employees’ sensitive data at the same time.

What makes us unique is our modern design and the seamless transition from the floor plan design to the usable version. Our UI/UX designers refine your floor plan and our developers integrate the final version into the application, making the usable workspaces available to you and your users. With our desksharing software, office management becomes child’s play for you.
Before
Our process always begins in close collaboration with you. You send us your office floor plans as a photo or in any digital form, and we take care of the rest.
Simply define the workstations, car parks, conference rooms and anything else you would like to make bookable on your floor plan and send us the file by email. We also offer you the option of labelling different areas for different departments and thus granting selected teams access to certain areas.

Meeting room displays
DEIN RAUM supports various electronic door signs and thus always provides a live view of the occupancy of the meeting room on site. In addition to various information that can be displayed, LEDs can also be controlled on the tablet.
Outlook Add-in
Book meetings and appointments via Outlook as usual. With the DEIN RAUM add-in, you can easily display your bookings in the Desksharing software.
Accessories list
Whether it’s a presentation case, projector or whiteboard – in DEIN RAUM you can store customised accessories, specify the quantity and then make them available to everyone for booking.
WEEKLY RULE

As an admin, you can assign fixed workstations to people. They then have the option of setting times during which their workstation or another resource is automatically booked each week. Outside of the booked times, the space is automatically released for others.
MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
You can store as many locations, offices and floor plans as you like.
BOOK FOR OTHERS
One or more persons can be authorised to book seats for other persons or to release seats from others.

The overview gives you an immediate overview of who is in the office, travelling or working from home today or this week. Simply filter by location, department or deactivate the resources you don’t want to see in the overview.
ROOM analysis
With the analysis function, you can see which resources have been booked how often in an individual period. This allows you to see at a glance which spaces are used more frequently and which rooms in the office could perhaps be optimised.
USER MANAGEMENT
One or more people can be authorised to book seats for other people. Simply synchronise your users, including departments, from Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory) or create new users at any time. You can also distribute authorisations as often as you like, including admin authorisation. or release seats from others.

Simply enter an e-mail of your choice and you will be notified when you book a conference room.
DEPARTMENTS
You can assign people to departments or obtain them automatically from Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory) to restrict bookings to the relevant departmental areas. Combine departments into groups to make cross-departmental bookings possible.
MANAGE CONFERENCE ROOMS
You can define people who administer conference room bookings. The booking of a conference room must then be approved or rejected by them.
Integrations
DEIN RAUM is a responsive web app that can be seamlessly integrated into various existing systems. This makes it easy to connect to Single Sign-On, Teams, Outlook Open ID etc. We also offer a high degree of customisation in the software – simply enquire about this using the ⭢ contact form.
